Castro's Case At Cabinet Meeting
Washington, Jan. Castro's appeal to enter the United States as a visitor was discussed at the cabinet meeting. Secretary Nagel presented a complete record including a deportation order from the board of inquiry in New York and a bill of exception by Castro's lawyers. The lawyers challenge the board's ruling that Castro's refusal to answer questions about General Paredes' assassination shows knowledge of a crime involving moral turpitude.
