Greater Waterloo Booze Ster Saloon Petition Meeting Firestorm
A fiery open meeting by the Greater Waterloo Russell Lamson protest group accuses Dry City backers of flooding Waterloo with bootleggers and questions the identities and motives of 200 prominent local business men. The letter cites saloon owners, hotel managers, and bank leaders as possible organizers and warns of political influence behind Waterloo’s open saloon push.
