Water loo Church Bequest In Probate From James Gifford Will
The Church of God Waterloo receives a bequest from the late James Gifford in probate papers filed yesterday. The estate is held in trust for his son Howard Gifford with Eliza M. Cassen James Cassen and Ira Rodamar as trustees and executors. One third of the estate to be distributed under the will for the trust heirs. After trust death, remaining shares split among Cassen family and others totaling one-fifteenth for each party. Separate will of Henry Glenny filed for probate names Anne Glenny as wife with shares to Marie Brandhorst Walter Glenny Edna Copley, plus a $500 bequest to Mrs. Brandhorst. W Bedford named executor.
