Iowa Farm Bureau backs road bonds and tax reform

The Iowa Farm Bureau federation adopted resolutions opposing state bond issues without primary road funding safeguards and urging a cap of total state and county road bonds at 100 million. They call for a statewide survey of farm to market roads, banking deposit protection, fairer taxation, and federal measures favoring agriculture.
