Presbyterians of Flack Hawk county plan the sixth annual reunion at Waterloo First Church on Friday evening January 27. L E Larson presided at the council meeting last night. A dinner will be served by First Church women with a program arranged by Rev A Laurie, J D Liffring, and W W Beal. Publicity committee includes Willis Jenks, Templeton, and Adam Wagner. The Iowa Supreme Court reversed Judge G W Wood, declaring void the May 31 1923 sale of 28370 rolls of wallpaper from Murray to Wartey for 851.10. J J Hronick trustee of Fred Murrey bankruptcy estate sought nullification under bulk sales law. Wartey of Waterloo faced the action in Cedar Rapids.
