James Jerolaman died at his Shell Rock home Saturday night. Civil War veteran, he arrived after the war and became a stockbuyer. In 1884 he was postmaster for Shell Rock under the first Cleveland administration. He leaves a widow, an adopted son George Jerolaman of Kokomo, Ind., a brother D. E. Jerolaman Cedar Falls, and other relatives. Funeral services were held today at 2 p.m. at the M E church.
