Elaborate Plans to Adorn Cedar River Park
Sunt J P Berry of the waterworks outlines landscape plans for the grounds around the new artesian well in Cedar River park. Galloway Brothers & Co prepared the plans, including 200 foliage and flowering plants, a driveway around the pump house, a triangular plot with a foliage umbrella shaded by grape vines. The water commissioners will consider approval at the next meeting as the proposed adornment aims to enhance the park and playground at a nominal expense.
