Black Hawk County Supervisors Meet in Waterloo January 28 1913
The Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors convened in Waterloo with members McQuilkin Leland Rownd Strayer Demuth Boomer Virden. They approved a $15 damage claim for a horse due to a defective county bridge, authorized tax cancellations for specific Waterloo properties, and appointed a three member committee to inspect the county line bridge with Bremer.
