Town High School Normal Training Aids Rural Teachers
Miss Clara Wallace reports a statewide inspection of 205 schools offering normal training. Total normal training enrollment is 4 676 with 2 237 to graduate this spring. Of 9 703 one room rural schools, 2 135 taught by beginning rural teachers, 1 141 of these are normal training graduates.
