Charles City Virginia February reports disclose bond auctions for Floyd County with 94,850 dollars in oil sales and a premium of 810 dollars on a 4 percent bond for 10 years. Drainage bonds at 6 percent sold to Bechtel & Port at par, with highlights on rebuilding plans for an almshouse and a 35,000 dollar bond issue to fund new facilities.
