Yard Accident Victim Spends Restless Night

Youthful Forger Given Ten Years
Pleading guilty to a county attorney’s true Information, Paul Elliott was given an indeterminate sentence not to exceed ten years at the state reformatory in Anamosa by Judge H B Holes in district court late yesterday. Ralph W. Travis said the youth confessed and sought the judgment, noting he had been left to shift for himself after his mother’s death.
