Washington reports Army Air Service plans to launch four Douglas world cruiser planes next spring for a round-the-world attempt. Routes include Seattle to Canada, Alaska, Japan, India, Constantinople, Hull, and Washington, with six divisions and supply depots. The mission aims to prove feasibility of a world airway and gain practical long-distance flying data.
