Mary McClintock a Pioneer of Allegheny County Pennsylvania
Mary McClintock born March 2 1827 in Allegheny County Pennsylvania daughter of Andrew and Mary McClintock. She married Tess om in 1841 and lived near Waterloo entering Christian faith and community service through much of her life. She died in 1888 after prolonged illness at Independence living with relatives. Annual services held at Poyner Creek cemetery. A second story recalls a near fatal railway accident in Mow Hampton Indiana where a woman saved her husband and wife by stopping horses on the track. one horse was killed and the other escaped injury.
