Man accused of enticing child from guardian in Iowa Falls
Iowa Falls, Ia Dec 23 Mrs Ruby Williams Des Moines testified in state v Thomas Walker binding him over to the grand jury on $2000 bond. Walker is charged with enticing his year old daughter Hattie Fay from the home of Eliza Mann in this city. After a 1916 separation custody went to the mother and the child was placed with Mrs Mann. Walker is charged with causing the removal.
