The plan envisions a line west of the power house, crossing Black Hawk creek, passing Hagerman place, and near William Galloway property, boosting suburban growth and connecting the two cities. Citizens would back construction by subscription, while the railroad would abandon the Wilson Junction to Cedar Falls stub and operate the interurban as part of its main system.
