Lumbus and Saul, former Quality garage employees at 617 Jefferson street, were arrested last Tuesday and pleaded guilty to larceny of automobile tools. They were each fined 60 dollars and 3.25 dollars in court costs by Judge J. C. Beem after their information in municipal court. Lloyd Girsch of Gilbertville attended. charges against him were dismissed. Alert Jenkins pleaded guilty mid afternoon with a 15 dollar fine and costs. Liumbus’s charge was reduced from larceny to petty larceny, bond set at 100 dollars. both men paid their fines.

D. Davis Jailed for Disorderly Conduct at Grace Smith’s Room
