Lynn Wilson who broke jail while in custody of Sheriff Bender in 1915 while awaiting trial for issuing a fraudulent desk will be returned here on expiration of the sentence he now is serving in Indiana. Officers at Menard in that state informed Sheriff H T Wagner. Wilson has been paroled in Tr vois and will be released on Don 18 to custody of Wagner. He signed waiver of extradition.
