Elk Run Land & Townsite Co plans Elk Run Park in Waterloo a large modern development for homes farms and country residences with electric light sewer and street plans. The Elk Run Inn now near completion will provide fine country dining and entertainment overlooking Cedar River with verandas baths and a mineral water feature advertised as superior to Excelsior Springs waters.

Automobile Boulevard to be Constructed for Cedar River Park
