A seventeen year old girl Nellie Hight of 647 North Park Avenue on an Illinois Chicago elevated train defended herself against an elderly groper by striking with an umbrella and fist blows after a front page picture of boxer Ad Wolgast distracted him. She chased him to the Austin station. he fled, hat dropped, which she smashed. She told the conductor the act would deter the man.
