Second jail break and third auto theft linked to Tim Friese
A Leon Iowa sheriff reports Tim Friese alias Joseph Friese, Tim McGuire, and Tim McGinn, a 20 year old auto thief, escaped from Decatur county jail after digging out. He fled in a stolen Chevrolet coupe then a Whippet sedan. Dubuque and Waterloo authorities seek him as his crime spree widens.
