Judge G W Wood set a $1000 bond. Shaukis alleges a $4687.77 deposit in 1926 in her and G W Shaulis names that grew to 4933.17 and later moved to the Briscos without consent. After Shaulis death in 1928 the deposit book and stock certificate were in dispute as Briscoes allegedly held them and promised to pay Shaukis. She estimates current funds at 3005.50 and seeks an accounting.
