Picture on Glass Reveals Dutch Count Mystery
In Rotterdam the Van Arsdale family tale unfolds around a window that suddenly glowed with a black and white scene of a murder. The image declares the murder of Henry Count Van Arsdale, linking a possible fraud in the title’s succession to Anneke Van Arsdale. David and Anneke marry, the count relinquishes his claims, and Holland fades from memory as the couple stays in the old house with the glass now replaced or hidden.
