Beautifying a Summer Sailed Face Ad Told
An advertisement promotes merantized wax as a facial treatment to remove sun and wind damage. It claims the wax peels away outer skin gently, revealing a lighter, smoother complexion and reduces wrinkles with nightly application. A second product, a wash lotion with glycerite and witch hazel, promises immediate results.
When You Wash Your Hair Dont Use Soap
An advertisement extols plain massified coconut oil as a grease free hair cleanser. It claims soaps and shampoos harshly dry the scalp, leaves hair brittle, and that a small amount cleanses well, rinses easily, and makes hair soft and manageable. The copy notes coconut oil is cheap and available at drug stores, lasting months for a family.
