Speeders Fine In Cedar Heights Court Actions
Twelve speeding cases heard in Mayor Parrott's Cedar Heights court last evening resulted in $10 fines plus costs, with more than $500 collected to fund general improvements on Rainbow drive. The mayor defends the crusade as safety driven and not for revenue.
