Notice of Incorporation in Hagle Township Creamery Association
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned and others have associated themselves into a body corporate under Chapter 1, Title LX of the Code. The name is Hagle Township Creamery Association with principal place at Eagle Center, Eagle Township, Black Hawk County, Iowa, Waterloo post office. The business is operating a creamery plant and buying and selling dairy products, with rights to acquire real and personal property as needed. Capital stock authorized is 250 shares of $10 each, totaling $2,500. The corporation will begin upon issuance of the certificate of incorporation and terminate after twenty years unless dissolved by stockholder vote. A five-member board of directors will manage affairs and elect officers. The first annual stockholders’ meeting is the first Tuesday of February at a designated location.
