Tama city Aug 8 After a day of testimony the Tama county grand jury indicted Frank Wisner 35 for murder in the case surrounding the death of Frank Linhart whose body was found in Salt creek near Waltham Evidence shows Linhart ingested strychnine while Wisner and Linhart fished and Wisner cashed a 200 dollar deposit and allegedly lured Linhart with strychnine poisoned drinks The case hinges on circumstantial proof and may draw a full courthouse crowd for jury deliberation unless a plea or change of venue occurs
