Waterloo City to Build Cement Sidewalks on Numerous Streets
Waterloo Iowa city council votes to construct cement sidewalks along listed streets and avenues including Oneida Bates Manson Dearborn Linden Cottage Grove Butler Archer Mulberry Colorado and Division streets with five foot walks. Bonds and assessments to finance the project via abutting properties and a tax levy under state law. Meeting set for August 26 1912 at 7 30 p m in the council chamber.

City council of Waterloo Iowa will hold a hearing August 26 1912 at 7 30 p m to consider a proposed resolution of necessity for main sewers along specified streets. Notice directs twenty days prior publication as required. Se weres include 12 and 24 inch mains with manholes and vitrified pipe to follow city plans. costs payable after completion.
