Davenport Masons Sell $500000 of 4 Per Cent Bonds
Davenport Iowa April 27 Davenport Masons opened a bond drive to raise 500000 for a new temple. Subscriptions include two 10000 and many 5000 notes. The plan is to issue 4 percent bonds maturing in 40 years and use the funds for building and furnishing the temple. Officials expect full subscription after canvassing 1700 members.

Riverside Woman Says She Was Duped by Bluebird Husband
