Campaign Plan Against Tuberculosis Testing In Iowa
An Iowa Farmers' Union meeting in Des Moines discussed a broad anti testing campaign aimed at eradicating bovine tuberculosis. J H Rigdon said the effort could spread to 38 counties with public meetings, seeking voter approval to replace area petitions with a countywide vote on testing methods. The plan favors compulsory tuberculin or milk microscopic testing if a majority supports eradication on a county basis.
