Charleston April 22 The commission redeeming excess fare coupons for the Chesapeake and Ohio system in West Virginia has begun winding up after considering 29 000 claims and paying 350 000 dollars on the 2 cent fare law. Clerks were notified their work was finished and total payments may reach 400 000 dollars.
