Oats stand in good condition though many fields lack prep, corn is being picked, and snow loss still leaves corn to harvest in several areas. Plowing is limited, soil packing noted, and rain could delay further farming before late season. Planting soybeans and Sudan grass viewed as catch crops if rain holds back season.
