Automobile crash on Rainbow drive leads to civil suit
On Rainbow drive April 1 a civil action was filed as Hostetler sues Emma Woods and Fourtsch for injuries and $806 plus $2100 car damage. Woods allegedly drove at over 60 miles per hour in a reckless manner. Hostetler also faces a reckless driving criminal charge. bond set for April 21. Attorney John Meyers represents both cases. Separately Max Strom sues National Fire Insurance Co. for $920 on a fire loss policy dated February 19 1922.
