Campbell Urges Higher Birth Rates to Strengthen Civilization

Minot North Dakota April 17. Macy Campbell head of the rural education department at Iowa State Teachers College addresses the Northwestern North Dakota Educational association urging a four child average per family. He condemns low birth rates among the less intelligent and calls for sterilization of defectives to restore the so called survival of the fittest. He cites statistics from elite colleges showing half a child per family versus eight and one half for the poor, arguing a demographic shift will weaken the nation unless action is taken.
