Frank Brown and William Neff were sentenced to ten years in the penitentiary for grand larceny in Allison Iowa after stealing a farmer’s harness near Clarksville and being recaptured following an escape from the county jail. Elmer and Arthur Goodnow received thirty days for their part in the jail breach.
