SICK MAN TAKEN TO COUNTY HOSPITAL
Harper Harrington a 28 year old transient with open sores on one foot was taken to the county home for temporary care. He slept in a box car and came from Detroit last September with no funds. A notice was served to prevent his gaining legal residence to avoid a permanent financial burden.
