Iowa U s Building Program Since 23 Cost 7 000 000
Thirteen ball projects costing more than 7 million dollars have been undertaken at the University of Iowa since 1923. Major new structures include the medical laboratories building occupied in January 1927 and the general hospital to be ready by October 1. The armory and field house, costing about 525,600, was dedicated in January 1927, with other projects including the heating plant hydro electric plant chemistry pharmacy botany building and dormitories.
