Local merchants prep Shenandoah street decoration plan
Merchants support a Shenandoah system of uniform street decoration and order flag equipment for display at their shops. Mrs. E. B. Rohlf, chairman of the American Legion auxiliary, says orders have been placed and installation will begin soon aiming to complete by May 8 Mothers Day. Memorial Hall and Mrs Rohlf's home take calls for orders.
