Grant Highway 15 Being Completed For All Year Use
Illinois advances on Grant highway from Waterloo to Chicago with A Olson Construction securing contracts for five bridges in Jo Davies County at 110000 and six bridges in Warren County at 70000. Crews to start next week between East Dubuque and Elizabeth. paving planned Chicago to Stockton and Elizabeth to East Dubuque slated. The project aims to provide all year road access, shortening the Chicago route by about 40 miles compared to Cedar Rapids Clinton path.
