Danaher's conduct questioned in divorce case
The Meriden attorney known as Con Danaher faces a Tuesday deadline to show cause why he should not be reprimanded by the superior court. He allegedly proceeded with a divorce decree for Page vs Page despite a defense retainer and possible lack of proper notice. Judge Reed in New Haven will hear motions to set aside the decree and dismiss the complaint. Meanwhile, three miners died and seven were injured in a Ellsworth No. 1 mine blast near Monongahela, Pennsylvania.
