In New Haven today counsel for Henry Bradley Plant’s grandchild was made guardian ad litem and guardians were appointed for the Hoadley children. The court reserved decision on whether Plant was a New York resident at his death and if Connecticut probate recognizes a New York decision, with questions on unborn rights and the ancillary administration of the estate.

Lakeville December 16. Frank Scott and his wife were struck by the Pittsfield express on the Harlem division of the New York Central at Coleman station five miles from Lakeville. Both were instantly killed. The man, about 30, was crushed. the woman was severely injured by the engine pilot. They were employed on a farm at Coleman station. The horse tethered near the platform was found under the pot platform.
