Norwich Aug 18 the body of Charles H Boland aged 14 was found in his home yard with a rope around his neck. The boy, a Hopkins and Allen Co. employee’s son and Broadway grammar school pupil, reportedly feared parental punishment for disobedience after attending a theater.

Food import blacklist grows under pure food act
