Mortgagee sale of two tracts in Watauga County
By virtue of a 1924 mortgage J C Triplett and Ella Triplett defaulted on 400 dollars. The sale on June 15 1925 at the Watauga County courthouse will pass 50 acres and 25 acres of land in two tracts in a venture to the highest bidder for cash. Also a separate June 13 1925 commissioner sale in Watauga County will sell fronting Boone Road land described by a south side road line and a Holfhouser corner.
