Training School items and West Point hopeful Butler Thomas
Butler Thomas returned from Atlanta convinced his West Point entrance exam was successful and his friends share the hope for his future. The Superior Court is postponed due to influenza, with only minor cases and no jail inmates. Influenza at the Training School shows improvement with only one new case and many students helping sick families at risk. Miss McCartney at Lovill Home has resumed county work. Several students are praised for their selfless care, though naming individuals is avoided.
