A late night blaze at Holshouser's barn in Blowing Rock was stopped by the new fire truck under Fire Chief J A Panella. Two horses and a cow were saved. Rupert's house was slightly damaged. Sinclair seeks new trial after contempt conviction
Washington March 21 Harry F. Sinclair millionaire oil man convicted last week for contempt of the Senate for refusing to answer oil investigating committee questions in 1924 filed today in the District supreme court a motion for a new trial. He cited twenty alleged grounds for granting the trial.

All Counties To Appoint County Accountant Under New Law
