Notice details two separate sales under court order in Watauga County North Carolina. The first sale on June 25 1925 covers two tracts totaling about 215 acres with an additional 50 by 50 foot lot. the second sale on June 13 1925 offers a 40 acre parcel with improvements in the mortgage deed. Local attorneys Brown and Bingham represent the commissioner and mortgagee Harston Coffey.
Sheriff L M Farthing announces a public sale on Monday July 6 1925 to satisfy an execution in the case L N Perkins and wife Mary Perkins versus E A Smith for 69 99 plus interest and costs. The property is Boone town Perkins Addition lot 12 block 1 described in plat and deed Book 30 page 8.
By power of sale in a 1924 mortgage J C Greene and wife Sarah defaulted on 300 dollars. On June 22 1925 at the Watauga County courthouse door the property described as 12 acres more or less along specific calls from Dougherty and Nahum Wine barger tract will be sold to the highest cash bidder. Mortgagee TOM HARTLEY with Brown and Bingham as attorneys.
By virtue of a mortgage dated May 1, 1924 by W. C. Baird and wife Eddie Baird to Thos W. Hopkins to secure 85 dollars, default having occurred, sale set for Monday June 8 1925 between 12 and 2 pm at the courthouse door Wa tauga County. Property described as 44 acres more or less bounded by Rocky Face bluff Pal mer Baird corner R F Church corner Councill corner Harmon's line and other markers.
In a Superior Court action, John E. Brown as commissioner will sell at the Watauga County courthouse on Saturday June 13 1925 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. the described land to the highest cash bidder. The tract begins on the Boone road and follows along the road alley and Holshouser corner to a starting stake.
By power of sale in a 1924 mortgage J C Triplett and Ella Triplett secure 400 dollars due December 15 1924 and May 15 1925 default. On June 15 1925 between 10 am and 3 pm at the Watauga County courthouse the property described as two tracts totaling 75 acres will be sold to the highest cash bidder adjoining A Penley and others and based on boundary descriptions with poles spruces maples and lines.
North Carolina Watauga County defendant W. J. Wagner and J L Wagner must answer a 1925 summons for 785.07 dollars on notes and loans. A warrant of attachment was issued against the defendant’s property returning to the Clerk A W Smith on July 10 1925. The notice is dated June 2 1925 and filed by Clerk A W Smith.

The sale is set for Monday July 6 1925 between 10 am and 3 pm at the courthouse door in Boone. The lands described cover about 41 1/2 acres along Taylor Locust and Clark lines with multiple bearings and landmarks as detailed in the deed from Nathan P. Fox to Christiana Ward.
In Justice J. W. Bryan's court at Boone North Carolina the Watauga County Bank and J L Wagner sue the defendant for forty dollars on a note. A summons is returnable June 4 1925 at the justice office. A warrant of attachment against the defendant’s property was issued May 4 1925 and is returnable at the same time and place. The notice is dated May 7 1925.
