D S Walser administrator announces the estate of Sallie L Walser deceased. Creditors must present claims within twelve months of the notice date January 8 1925 or be barred. Debtors should pay promptly.
North Carolina entry taker records two land locations in Watauga County Elk Township on Yadkin Elk Creek. First entry by Tom Wheeler party locates 20 acres beginning at a Spanish oak and traces lines to D M Wheeler and others. Second entry by H J Hardin and party locates 25 acres starting at a chestnut tree with lines along Wheeler and Cook to the ridge and back.
F C Ward announces the sale of his garage business Ward Chevrolet Company in Boone to Sam Atkins and L L Bingham. All accounts due before January 1, 1925 are payable to Ward. he is not responsible for business affairs after that date. Dated August 15 1922.
