The ad notes 25 cent price and claims dramatic relief for whooping cough. A Burlington News item recalls a girl nearly burned when a celluloid comb overheated near a fire and scorched her hair.

References to Kennebeck Me Mrs Wildes P Walker and Salem Lafayette visit and a dated anecdote about a glass of waxed china and Kedolpsia Cure Digest.
