In Watauga County Superior Court spring term 1911 Dixie Shoe Manufacturing Co is named as defendant in an account claim of 123 dollars for goods sold and delivered. A summons issued January 9 1911 and a warrant of attachment dated March 9 1911 require the defendant to appear and answer at Boone on the third Monday after the first Monday in March 1911, the 27th, or the relief demanded will be granted.
