Mrs Agnes Turner Brown Dies After Gasoline Stove Blaze
Mrs Agnes Turner Brown died at the Calvin Bray home Monday night at 11 o clock from burns suffered in a gasoline explosion two weeks earlier. She was ironing when the stove exploded engulfing her in flames and burning much of her body. the fire destroyed the house and contents. Native of Guernsey county Ohio she moved to Louisa county in 1855 and married Dennis Brown in 1860. The couple moved to this city about 20 years ago and she was a Baptist church member respected by many. Funeral was held Wednesday at 2 p.m. with Rev Rownd of New York and Rev W R Sawhill officiating. interment Elm Grove cemetery.

Malcolm Pastor Dies After Fifteen Years in Ministry
