City Budget Final Approval Tonight by City Council
City council expected to grant final approval to a 30 cent tax levy for 1936 before sending the budget to the County Tax Adjustment Board. Mrs. Lucinda Berry 74 native of Ohio and longtime Daviess County resident, died Sunday at 1 10 pm at her son Harvey Berry's home south of Washington Meale Township after a year long illness. She was the widow of the late bine ty. Born November 28 1861 in Goschocton County Ohio, she was a daughter of Beaver and Amanda M Beaver. The family moved to Daviess County when she was seven and she lived there the rest of her life.
